loco moco

The weather was really weird today, first it started off very cloudy and very muggy. Then during the afternoon there was thunder, lightning and heavy rain, of course, it was still muggy. This was then followed by clear blue skies and now it is back to clouds and miserable mugginess....sigh...

Today's dinner was loco moco. I have written about this before here. Very simple and easy to make. :)

Happy 4th of July everyone! We don't celebrate it here in Japan, so there aren't any festivities of anykind. :( Miss all the family gatherings and good food! If you're having a gathering, please be safe, but enjoy!

Thanks Ivonne, you too!

Hi Grant, we mostly eat Kakaako's lunches, hardly make it there for breakfast. Aww, what's wrong with the greens??

Thanks for stopping by you two!
